Level Cap Raised to Level 99

The Level Cap is being raised from 96 to 99 in Bakery Story, City Story, Farm Story, Fashion Story, Nightclub Story, and Restaurant Story.

There are no new items or features yet added for the new levels, though keep your eyes peeled: we may be adding some soon!

Many players might notice that their levels will automatically increase from 96 to 97, 98 or 99, since your XP has still been compiled even after hitting the level cap.

I was going to say that Imoji and his/her two Level "97" companions might not be best pleased with this but I see Farmerville is on Level 100. So, that's a whole new topic !

How much xp do you need for each new level?

Do we still play on v-day version or are we back to regular version now? Are the levels on the regular version as well?

Farm did not have a valentine version but on the other games the valentine versions are still the most current versions to play.

Yay i'm now a 97 in farm... And 99 in City.

It looks like you need 1.5 mil xp to get to 98, and i think 2mil for 99 with 10mil lvl 100.

I would guess 97 is 1 million.

Can anyone confirm these figures?

How much xp do you need for each new level?
You now need additional 400,000 xp's to Level 97...from 750,800 (level 96) to 1,150,800 (level 97). Hopefully there are others that can add to this
...total xp's for each of the higher levels

I did the sums and lvl 98 is 1,550,800

So another 400,000 xp's above lvl 97.

Can we presume 99 is 1,950,800? (any 98'ers got a calculator handy?)

I am still a level 96 after the update, but glad to see I'm making progress in the xp bar. Hopefully some new items will unlock for the higher levels soon, especially since I've almost mastered all of the year-round crops. :)

Just as i was about to reach level 96 :P It's nice to have new hieghts to reach, can't wait to see what goodies come to those who play at these new levels...
