Game won't let me purchase tiles!

I have a kindle fire (version number is 6.2.2), and my Restaurant story version 1.3.5 will not let me purchase any tiles. I can buy anything else on the game but if I click a tile to buy it from the store, the games pops up a window saying "Sorry. The application Restaurant Story (process com.teamlava. restaurantstory) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Please help me with this! I can't change my tiles!

Does it happen when you are trying to tap the tile while in design, or place the tile on the floor?

I checked my kindle fire Rs game and a I could place tiles. Is a certain tile you are trying to place?
