Fairy Tale Box Gem Rip Off!!!

I am really, really mad :mad: that THREE (3) times 24 Gems were taken from me only to repeatedly give me the same RED RIDING HOOD Fairy!!!! That is just not right!! :mad: I feel like I have been ripped off for 48 of the 72 GEMS I spent on that Fairy Tale Box!!! :mad: Team Lava should be ashamed of taking advantage of your players that support you by purchasing GEMS!!!! :mad:

When you purchase a box you're taking a chance. This thread is very useful in giving you an idea of your chances for each box/place and item is found in. There are many that end up with duplicates, but that is how the boxes work. If you don't want to end up with a duplicate, I'd suggest not using your gems on the boxes.

Did you do this all at once or did you do it spaced out over time? If it happened all 3 times seriously in a row (like less than an hour between), then maybe you should consider saving the gems and spacing the time out. I've never bought anything from any package - except once in Empire I had earned 24 gems and that was it - and I probably never will. However, I would never do something like that (gambling 3 times in a row) as I can't expect it to be different all the time.

no, not all at once... it was spaced out... i had the sleeping fairy... then the red riding hood, and the goose... a bit later i bought $39.99 in gems and then got the tower.. and another red riding hood.. was disappointed but was like whatever~ then i did it before bed and got a sword, then today bought $9.99 in gems and got yet another red riding hood... was disappointed in size of the tower too.. but didnt know the averages of what you get like it is shown on the link above... so in that post from the link i guess there is only 1 ONE gift thats given like the grotto and only so many of others and an abundance of others like i got! just shouldnt be like that in mho..

in addition, not everyone knows the odds of what you will get that play BS as shown in that link above~ unless they come on here and was able to find that info... i doubt i would have found that on my own! Thats why it is so unfair how its done. Who knew there's only ONE TOP GIFT to get?!! I can bet NOT many!

Assuming they use an algorithm that is based purely on being random and rarity, then statistically speaking it won't matter if you buy three times in a minute or three times in a month. You still have the same mathematical odds.

Let me share. I play fashion, farm, bakery and resto story. At the same time i have 24gems each (exc. Farm), so i spent my gems in fashion then i got 4th prize(frog prince ), then i spent on my resto, i got 3rd prize indoor fountain , and then again i spent on my bakery i got 2nd prize (that puppet show,I don't remember the name ),
I have no idea but i will try the same way when i spend on my 24gems.

Sounds like you were pretty lucky. You gambled 7 times and only got the same thing 3 times? The odds at the casino aren't that good!lol!
