Current versions of the game:
iOS: 1.1.3
Android: 1.0.5.5
Kindle Fire 1.0.5.3
Making sure you are using the most current version can help with many problems.


If you would like to report a bug in Zoo Story 2, please make sure to include the following:

1. Your device (iOS, Android, please be as specific as possible) and it's version number
2. Your games version (this can be found on the bottom of the Help/FAQ page)
3. A description of the problem, and what you were doing when the problem occurred
4. If possible, a screenshot of the problem

iOS General Issues
To check for your device version - go to Settings, General, About - Version
To check for game version in game:
Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
To check for game version if you can't open the game:
Open App Store, search game name (or teamlava), click on app, on the left side, under the logo it will show current game version

If your iOS device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game
Hard restart - hold the power and home buttons, through the power off slider, until the Apple symbol appears.
For newer devices (iPod Touch 4th Gen and newer, iPhone 3G and newer, all iPad versions [possibly other devices]) - close out background running apps. Double tap the home button, when the screen raises up, hold the app until it starts shaking. Press the red minus symbol to close.

Android General Issues
To check your device version - go to Settings, About Phone, Android Version *note - you can check for updates in About Phone, System Updates
To check game version in game:
Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
To check for game version if you can't open the game:
Open App Market/Google Play, either go to My Apps, or search game name (or teamlava), click on app, open Description information, on the bottom it will show the current game version

If your Android device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game *note - reinstalled games will need to be moved to the SD card again
Move game to the SD Card - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Move to SD Card" or "Move to Internal Storage"
Clear cache - go to Settings, Apps, specific game, click "Clear Cache"
You can use a task killer/manager to help free up memory for your device

Kindle General Issues
To check for your device version - Go to Settings, More, Device, System Version
To check game version in game:
Open game, go to Menu, Help/FAQ - on the bottom edge of the box, the version will be listed
To check for game version if you can't open the game:
Open Amazon Market, search game name (or teamlava), scroll down to see current version

If your Kindle is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game
Go to Settings, More, Applications - find your game, click, clear cache
If you're not able to get into the game - Go go Settings, Wifi, turn wifi off then back on

Transferring games (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?11887-PLEASE-READ-How-to-Transfer-to-a-New-Device) - Several different ways to transfer. Make sure you have downloaded all TL games you want transferred before starting. You can not have only one game transferred, and leave others on the current device. And there is no option to play the same game with the same ID on multiple devices.

Weekly Updates (http://forums.teamlava.com/announcement.php?f=14) - Some will receive update on Thursday, some will get them on Tuesday. It has nothing to do with the device you are on.

Notifications - Make sure the notification options are set to ON in BOTH the game settings and the device settings. If both settings are on, but you're still not receiving notifications, please send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check you game.

Blocked comments - currently not available in game. If you have received this message while trying to post on a players wall, it is most likely that your game is out of sync. Exiting out of the wall, then returning and posting again seems to clear it up.

Purchased Gems not showing up - try restarting you device, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers. If these do not work on returning your gems or item, then you would need to contact support@teamlava.com You will need to provide your ID, date of incident, type of transaction, and receipt of transaction.

Blank screen for Gem Purchasing (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?20569-Possible-Fix-for-Blank-Purchase-Screen-on-iOS-devices) (iOS only) - See thread, it has the original suggestion, and a few other suggestions that do not involve restoring.

Crashing on older devices - TL has been notified of the problem.

About the forum - if you can't find a post you made - go to your profile, on the left side, look under "Find All Posts". Your post may have been in the wrong place, or merged with an existing thread. If you still can't find your post, you can file a Forum Dispute (http://forums.teamlava.com/forumdisplay.php?75-Forum-Disputes) and a Community Manager will respond to you (the Dispute Forum is a private conversation between you and the CMs).

I have a kindle fire 1.0.5.3. I can't collect from my leprican panda. I've restarted the kindle; reloaded the game; moved it around the zoo and even put it in storage: nothing has worked for me.

The Leprachaun Panda is still not building (using Android). I just tried it again after the recent maintenance, but the same issue appears -- can't get parts -- can't buy mate! Is TL ever going to fix this issue?

Whenever a nbr or community member tours an animal in your zoo I only get 20 coins instead of the amount you are suppose to collect. I am using android on a Galaxy 2 phone.

Apologies if these are known bugs, but mine are;

When I visit other zoos, and then return to my own, some of my animal appear to be missing/added. This happens everytime I visit other towns, and it still allows me the option to breed or buy mate even if I already have done. When I completely log out of the game and return, everything is fine again.

Secondly, some of my gems randomly disappear. The other day I lost 5, at first I thought I'd accidentally spent them even though I hadn't got anything in return. Then, today, I lost 7 more. Again, I don't appear to have spent them on anything so I assume they have disappeared.

I'm playing the game on Android on a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini

I am having the same problem only there is no rhyme or reason to my animals disappearing/reappearing. Also asks me to buy mates/breed even when I have previously done so. I have taken multiple photos and screen shots of the discrepancies.

I'm just curious to know if others are experiencing collecting the wrong amount - way lower than the proper amount, when collecting from their animals. I got a document from this forum listing the amounts for almost all the animals. As an example, I have completed the red fox exhibit and yet, when I collect, I get 20 - that's twenty, coins/gold/whatever it's called. The doc says I should be collecting between 140 for 1animal and 784 with 2 upgrades DLP44 is listed as the creator of the doc. Can anyone shed light on this issue for me?

Hey ricks (can I assume you're a TWD fan?) are you on android? If so there is a know issue where if your animals have been toured you're getting the bonus instead of the amount plus the bonus. Unfortunately the only thing to do is to let people know to not visit tour your animals.

Hi I'm having an issue with my animals disappearing as well, but it's only the ones I get from completing a collection or a goal.
It gives me the animal, let's me buy a mate, and even start breeding a baby. Then my animal disappears. If I've bought a mate it stays, if I've started a baby, it's gone from the nest.
I'm playing on an iPhone 4, running iOS 7.1.2. My storm 8 Id is angirani2.

Oh, and I've force closed and restarted my phone. I've moved the habitat into storage and out, which worked briefly, then the animal disappeared again.

Sorry to be so long winded and scattered, but here is some more info that may be pertinent. I'm running the latest version of the game. I first downloaded it about a week ago. I've deleted and re-downloaded it twice, to no avail. If it is just a sync error, I am still out the money for buying the mate. It's only taking the free one earned through completing a goal or collection. As a test, I re-bought a mate for my penguins and giant tortoises. That seems to have worked. It didn't disappear and any babies bred have stayed as well. I'm just paying for both adults. Which defeats the purpose of winning them.
Any thoughts? And thanks a bunch in advance, for any help you can give.

The same happened to me, animals rewarded by goals (penguin, dolphin, lunar dragon) disappeared right after and the ticket (2348183) says they cannot help. Thanks
