Tulips withered!

I planted tulips and they bloomed. I kept them and went on to plant something else. I think it was the sugar cane. When I went to harvest the sugar cane, I found all of my tulips withered!
Not nice! I lost 48 bunches!

They say that flowers do not wither.Kinda weird that it happened ? your farm.

Flowers are not suppose to wither. Did you happent to take a screenshot?

No, I realized it as I was getting rid of them. Lost half of my farm in tulips.

You may want to plant one tulip to test and see if this happens again. If it does get screenshot. If you cannot post, let me know and I can come get a screenshot of it so I can report it.
