Breeding problem need help??

I breed a animal and it says it's ready but every time I click on it . It freezes and signs me out of the game. So now I can't breed any animals because I can't get this animal out of my nursery I need help tryed everything ..

did you try uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game then restart your device and try again?
