I didn't get it, I have no clue what that is...

They are very funny glitches. It took me forever to figure out the first on that looked like a piece a tar road - it was a smeared grain barrel. Unfortunately I didn'T take a screenshot.
I love those, got one with a flagstone, too but that was too easy to figure out.
I hope once I redecorate (if I don't get stuck in intensive farming forever) I'll get some again :-)

Its an Android thing. They're funny. But they get in the way because, for example, you can't pick up tips under a table or counter in the air in your restaurant/bakery.
