My friend can't get the new fairy box?

Does anyone know if the new fairy box is only offered to certain people like the limited other display items? Cos she's uninstalled, reinstalled and she still hasn't got the box available to her? She's got the new fairy display item (the one that's 32 gems) but not the box? Helpp!!

Sometimes the updates come a little slowly, bur she should have them Tuesday at the latest.

I've already got it, its just my friend who didnt get it, humph. hope i never have to wait for an update - i always wait for it to come on thursday nights! :D
