I am new to the game and I can't find the answer to this. People keep talking about mastering recipes. I don't yet have that option. When does that become available. A certain level?

Level 8 you'll start to see the mastery bar above your recipes.

After you get to level 8, you have to make each recipe a total of 84 times to perfect each recipie
