About past goals and that other stuff

I see a bunch of Christmas stuff when i go through my Cookbook and i squint in envy because i never got to get them! Will those items ever come back as goals?

I doubt it since some people like me unlocked them....so then will not get anything new for completing those goals
If they put new goals the will lead to new stuff

I mean like people who joined during the time when the goals were given but were still a little bit too new and didn't get them. I would be glad to pay to get goal items that you cant get anymore in gems.
