I am not getting the option 'Register built into a counter'. Anyone can elaborate a bit?

I didn't vote for the beach catalog. Haven't we had 2 swimsuit catalogs already? I will also be pleased if TL release some beach tops, shorts, bikini... but it won't be my priority as I would look to see something new.

It would be like you purchase a counter with a register attached on one side or maybe the register in the center.

What I would like to see is the option to have a bald avatar because I'm sure there are women who play this game that for some reason or another are bald and would like that option.
