Customer counts

I noticed my customer flows has been decreased from more than 20 to less than 10 customers these days. What could cause the customer counts decreased?

My Customer happiness rating is 100. I have 23 seats available.

I want my customer flows back to 20+ like last time.

Try having more tables and chairs, and make sure you only have one chair per table. 28-30 sets seems to work the best.

Also, are you counting the total number of people in your restaurant, or only those actually sitting at the time?
