Sorry guys but my iPad 2 died just after Apple's Tech Support closed for the night. After a few hours this morning, they have concluded that I will need a new device. Sorry for the delay on tipping and gifting today but I hope to be operational in the next 24 - 36 hours.
I bought two of these at Christmas. Fortunately, my mom's device works like a dream. This will be my 3rd device in 3 months. Unbelievable!
I'll need to find the thread about transfering accounts to new device.

I just picked up the new device but will be working at the office late tonight so I probably won't be operational until tomorrow.
