You know how you randomly get an apron or a chefs hat or whatever, what do they do and how do you redeem them?

They're collectibles that just randomly drop. If you open main, then go to collectibles, there are 'sets' or whatever you wanna call them. When you have one of each item in a 'set' you can redeem what the prize is on the right.
