Opened while Offline!?

Hey guys. I just got a simple question.
next month im on vacation in india and ofcourse i wont take my phone with me (since its new and im scared ;)
so my question is: if i turn my mobile off, will my restaurant still be open and i will be selling my food?
or will the process will be shut down as soon as i turn off the mobile?
