Lost Piano / Out of sync sith server

A week or so ago I changed from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy Note. With Teamlava help I got my accounts moved so I could continue playing on my new phone.
However, in fashion story on my iPhone I had the large pink-ish grand piano (I think it was part of the Valentines special edition) on my Samsung that is just showing empty floor space. I can move displays etc in to that space but a few seconds later I get the "out of sync with server" message and the gap is empty again. I'm not so much bothered about the piano just a large piece of floor space I can't use.

Any ideas?

Since androids did not have the goals and the chance to get the goal prizes, you will have this big space in your shop.

You will need to email support@teamlava.com.
Give them your storm ID. Tell them you transfered from Idevice to android. They can go into your game and put the piano in your storage.
This will free up this space.
