Shamrock oven

Is anyone else having trouble placing shamrock oven? Every time I click on it a pop up saying it's constructible appears and than it takes me back to appliance menu .

Tap near the top so that you don't get the popup and you'll be able to place it like other items.

Keep on trying and move your screen to try again.
I have had the Same problem and finally it works.
What also help is make more free space to place it,weird but it works by me....
