Effective bakery?

How to design the bakery to make it most effective, have more doors/Cash registers? Will I get more money and more costumers if I make more doors nd cash register and smaller "rooms" in my bakery?
I tried to search for the answer throw typing "more effective bakery" or something like that but didnt get the answer I wanted.

If you have an extra door or cashier it won't bring in more customers. You can have the choice to split your bakery into two if you want.

I have mine split into several small rooms and it doesn't make a difference. Just gives my peeps something different to look at while they are eating. I had wondered about the cash registers.

He (or is it she not sure?) says it goes thru 40 some thousand plates a day.
