Lost all goals

I was playing RS when old goals I've already completed poped up. I was working on the goal for 40 lobsters and now it's gone. Also I've been trying to make my chocolate and candy hearts but the recipes aren't there even though I have to stoves. I have tried uninstalling but nothing changes. Please help me
