Yesterday was a particularly bug filled day with my game. Frequent software crashes with the need to force close the game and restart, missing inventory on three of my tables (Be Mine slippers, perfume, and Valentine heels), and at least 3,000 coins missing where the balance was 1,621,xxx and then went down to 1,619,xxx when I didn't buy anything (catalog order had 6+ hours to go). While I'd at least like my coins back, I'll get over both of these issues if unresolved.

My primary concern is the 5 lost gems. For the past 3 days, I have only ordered the 10 hr Be Mine catalog in preparation for the Valentine content removal. I had a balance of 12 coins last night when I went to bed; however, this morning my balance went down to 7. Luckily I'd taken a photo of my shop as I periodically do and viewed it when I saw the lower balance just to ensure I wasn't imagining things.

The current balance is now 8 because I have since mastered the last Be Mine catalogue item.

Please help retrieve my lost gems.

For missing gems, you would need to email support@teamlava.comGive them your ID, in game name, what happened, and when it happened. They will be able to look into your game and let you know.

Thanks greygull but I did exactly that (storm 8 ID, device and all) and got the following email response:

I did however send a reply to them that my issue would require looking into my specific game. Posting here did not seem to be the appropriate thing to do but I followed there instructions.

That was the automated message that is sent to everyone. An agent will still look at your email and reply. If you have not heard from them in 3 business days, reply back to the automated email and let them know you are still need help.
