How do I get the last saved state of my farm in a new installation?

Hi all, I am going to clean install OS in my Galaxy S2 and then I will install Farm Story again. So, is there any way by which I can have the present state of my farm into the new installation?

Your game is saved on Team lavas servers, so if you lose your game on your device, just go and redownload it from the app store, your current game will be there.
