Use the cyan flowers, blue flowers for the sea (cyan for the shallow water) and then the white flowers for a beach.

I had a little ocean, but had to redesign because of the 3x3 buildings, so I'm still working on putting all my stuff back out.

I hope there's water tiles as well otherwise not going to bother to get it even though I like it. Tried using the flowers but seeing as I'm not artistic it just looked funny. I have seen some really nice ones done by people who are very artistic, I'm just not Unfortunetly.
