Question regarding stored appliances

I recently put a drink mixer in storage while rearranging my bakery. When I went to place it again, I was not able to because my access to appliances is blocked until I reach another level. I can see that I have one stored, but I cannot do anything with it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

If you store another appliance (not one your cooking on) then you can access the appliance menu to see your drink machine. Did you put an extra appliance out when you were decorating?
