How do I restart my restaurant?

I want to completely start over on my iPhone. I've tried deleting it from the phone and reinstalling it, but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

You won't be able to do it. You can wait a couple of days to get the daily bonuses to start your career, in case you spent everything. other than that - I dont think so...
