Okay so to add somebody, you need to get their Storm8 ID. Just ask them; I'm sure they will be happy to give it to you. Then you want to go to your "Main Menu", hit "Social", and go to "Invite Friends". It will ask you to type a Storm8 ID and that's where you write the ID somebody gave you. Hit "Invite" and that person will get an invitation to become your neighbor. Once they accept, they will be listed in your "Neighbors" tab under "Social". But, remember that they may not accept immediately or even at all.
