Loving these. Zombie one is funny, but are you sure it was hacked? Could be the "run for your lives" zombie run being held nearby. I'm thinking I might try that this year. Being chased by zombies sounds kinda fun.

And no, I did not offer my then-three-year old or seven-year-old up for eating. I had my seven year old stand behind me and put my three year old on my shoulders. then my (now ex-) husband found a large piece of wood from some nearby construction and he threw it at the very large kitteh. to this day I do not know what he was thinking by throwing the piece of wood. but he ended up in ER because he didn't realize the stick had a nail in it and it cut his hand down to the tendon. and the mountain lion wandered off with a little flick of its ear, completely unconcerned. and my Sophie kitteh who always follows us on walks hid in the bushes. it took me forever to coax her back out.

lol... kinda. "so what brings you to the ER?" ... "oh, we ran across a mountain lion, but it didn't hurt us. macho man here cut himself on a nail while trying to scare it away."
almost as good as the time my dad brought a rattlesnake to the ER room. I'll save that story for another post. ;)

I've got a coupla of stories about a cow dragging through a barbed wire fence and a sheep that nearly decapitated me, but I have to get up early tomoorrow and pick up a friend at the airport. Lots of neighbors are being watered/tipped/cleaned tonight:(

I live in Thailand and have come across a couple of no farting signs posted on taxi windows. Wish they'd heed their own signs. I've lost track of how many times I've been in the back of a taxi and next thing I know I want to gag. I also need one for my classrooms lol. I'll be helping a student and next thing I know they have let a silent but deadly one out.

Kinda creepy thing - I actually have a bottomless lake near my house. It somehow connects to the ocean, and the bottom is a sludge/silt mix that does not stay level. I don't know how many stolen vehicles have been pulled out of there. Even scarier thought is how many vehicles are still in there....

It is fenced - it's part of someones property. But only on one side that I can see (the street side), though the fence curves off in both directions. Animals could walk up to it. And it is full of water. I don't know if they'd drink the water though. I've never asked if it was fresh or salt water. I'd assume salt, since it's connected to the ocean. But I really don't know, and I can only see it for a few seconds while driving by, never seen any animal near it.

Ok sour, if I saw a sign like that I would turn around and not even bother going into town. If there has to be a warning such as that, I'd probably LMAO and get stoned to death by the natives.
