I accidentally made a gem purchase on the surprise box & I didn't want to. I thought that if I didn't click "buy again" it wouldn't take my gems, but it did & top it off I can't find the mannequin that was bought, since it took my 24 gems anyways, how do I find my purchased mannequin??

Try restarting your device. The mannequin should be under your design tab in your inventory.

Yes, with spring/summer fast approaching, swimwear would be nice. I'd also like more make-up for the make-up counter and also more lingerie like the Be Mine Catalog.

You can try to delete the game and redownload it while you are waiting on support.

For spring, what will be better than a cherry blossom display?
For summer, we have the nice sailor already. I wish we have more cruise related decoration/catalog. Turning the anchor into a wall decoration is not bad...

We have suggested to to have an update on makeup-counter menu for a long time. I'd like to have a new accessory counter to make hat, socks, scarfs, hairbands... but for coins only. I dunno why BS/RS can enjoy coin constructables while fashion players must pay in gems and never get an update in the menu...

Also please add moving door function. I think it is ridiculous to pay 10 gems in order to move the door. If TL insists to grab gems from us in this way, please add a new door. In the past some people also suggested it... Revolving door is a pretty good choice...

In a long run, I hope the boutique can be expand upward, and slowly we can have different sections like for men, kids or even pet clothes. It will be a mini department store! By then we my need escalators or elevators...

There will be a button in the catalog that will allow us to customize our own clothes and sell them in our boutique! We can have a color palet, option for a dress, top, or bottom, patterns, accesories, dress length, etc!

Maybe we can customize our own clothes too! In the avatar section there will also be a button to customize clothes for our avatar :D

I think the option to buy gem items for coins - HEAR ME OUT - I know TL would be loosing out on money - so they could essentiallly yeah - make them more expensive (like bridal manequinn for say ?100,000). It gives those who do not have an iTunes account / access to money the chance to still have the good items. I must admitt I dont think theres a great deal of coin items. That way - people can still buy coins for gems if they dont wanna wait for their money to accumulate - but yeah those who dont have money spare to pay for gems can still have the items within reach! :)

i one million and oneth the layer button. and i second the bracelet & clutch idea. plus also who wears only one piece of jewelry (besides me) at once anyways?! i bet if someone wore earrings they'd wear a necklace too especially if they match (emerald green). and also i believe there is a glitch with the clutch and accessory section... when the avatar wears an accessory/holds a clutch, when i am in someone else's shop on the top left corner where they show the avatar, you cant see it...

Rotate 360 degrees: I'd like to be able to position changing rooms on the other side of the boutique; having limits on rotating means having limits on placement.

Color option: I'd like to see a customization feature on items where you can change the color.

Select All feature: It gets really tiring having to go through my entire list of neighbors to gift, or accepting neighbor adds, et cetera, I would love a 'Select All' button.

Catalog: It's time consuming having to go through the process to add clothes; I'd love it if you'd have the catalog boxes on the bottom and the catalog at the top(so they're on the same screen) and we can just scroll through.

360 View: I'd like to be able to see the boutique from every angle; you should add in arrows where you can turn it. I like having things be symmetrical and I can't really do that if I can't see two walls.

P.P.S. I was re-arranging my boutique and I stored some of the tables and racks. When I put them back, all the clothes I had on them disappeared. Is it possible to store clothes, or keep them on the racks when you put them back?

Preview of the bigger items for sale The design tab isnt big enough on the iPhone (or smaller devices) to see much detail of big displays - you have no idea what they look like - and whether you'll like them - until you've either bought it or scoured for hours to find a neighbour/community member who has that item. its not difficult - think they used to do it where they'd put a little question mark in the bottom and it brought up a temporary dialogue box showing the item in more detail

Someone in another thread mentioned a men's clothing line. I'd love that! All the other stories are for men and women, so why not FS, too?? Even just one catalog for starters would be nice. I know my boyfriend at least would be thrilled. He refuses to play FS because he can't identify with the clothes or the customers, and I'm sure there are lots of men who feel the same way. Or maybe even a kids' line would be nice. I'm just so sick of the same models with the same bodies!

And I thought, what about a constructable 'sewing counter'. Then in the counter, there are many empty catalogs (no picture of the item), only the list of what is needed to sew something. And we have to ask friends for materials (like thread, fabrics, ...) or they can be gifted. Then when you have what is required, you get to 'sew' the item, like when we place an order in a slot, and discover the picture of the item and get a certain amount of the item to sell in our shop. After that the picture of the item is visible in the counter and it is possible to order more when all materials are gathered, or we can try and sew another item.

What do you think?

Wouldn't a Cinderella theme be really close to what we've just received in the March 8th update: fairy tale, princess, castle, etc. Just thinking this could generate complaints similar to those expressed over the March 15th display being a hybrid of the valentine's display and the fairy tale display.

good idea :D i mean i used to play restaurant story until my old iphone was stolen, when i got my new one i played fs instead but... there'd be ovens you could buy to construct, that would benefit you in some way - you'd need to collect the parts from neighbours to build em - and in turn you'd get a quicker cook time - well this could apply in the same way! id pay gems for your idea! at the very least they could produce more things for the make up counter :/

I don't think they can add in fashion forward items--the reason why most of the clothes look like stuff in a young girl's fashion game is because the clothes have a simplistic design and color scheme, which makes it easier to load, and won't use a lot of the battery. They need to sacrifice intricate detail for space, which I don't blame them for.

I totally agree! My neighbors have been discussing the wish for a more extensive and fun gift selection. The current gifts help newer players stock their stores and that's important too. I would like to gift my established neighbors more exciting items, maybe things that can't be purchased but only obtained as a gift such as jewelry, perfume, purses, cell phones, flowers, lingerie, cute flip flops, watches, makeup.

I started playing mid January. I read that the fairy theme was the most requested item for the game. So curious to know how long from the time they decide to run with the theme till it makes it to the game. Well this years spring runway isn't that extravagent, it's more pastel colors and baby hues, whites, floral, clutches, and statement coats. While for winter it's red, lavendar, army green, puffer and baseball jackets, floral again, and hats.

I really don't like this idea, but not because it is a totally bad idea, but the fact that we'd have to depend on our neighbors for the supplies. There is already enough stress in the other TL games with gifting of food vs. parts, requesting for goals only to iOS players because Androids can't see them, same with the Make-up counter we have now, Androids can't help build it as they don't even have it as an option.

I'd much prefer more make-up for the counter we have, giving Android the counter and goals, and different gift items completely. The ones we have are old and stagnant, we need better choices and these ones removed. I'm entirely sick of having to depend on neighbors for every little thing in these games as all it seems to do is cause animosity amongst the players.

On that note, I do like the idea of the counter, just not having to depend on our neighbors for the supplies in order to make the items.

What are you basing this on? I play a housing simulation game and the designs are very life like and intricate. The pixal quality is far superior to this game and I don't notice a discernible degredation in downloads or battery life. I could see an argument regarding their current design choices based upon a younger target clientele.

I could see an argument regarding their current design choices based upon a younger target clientele.

I agree, I really don't think battery life is the issue. Besides, the sophistication of the design and the detail of the art are two separate things. Take Top Girl for example -- they have a similar or even younger audience (since games are not restricted to 14+) but there are a lot more fashion-forward clothing items. On the flip side, Fashion Story has much better detail and fidelity to its illustrations.

Bright/bold/summery floor tiles and wallpaper - different shades of purples, yellows, greens, blues - maybe some neon colors

I want a full length mirror that goes well with WARM DRESSING ROOM.

I have Warm Dressing Room next to Rose Rack and it looks really nice. And I tried matching all full length mirror next to it, but nothing fits perfectly.
And matching counters for Rose Rack. Maybe thin one for coins and full size ones for gems?
