I currently an RS user at level 96. I have not had access to a gem sale since Jan 1st. On a few occasions, friends have told me that there was a new gem sale. I thought I just missed it ( which is strange since I play every day). Yesterday evening I was in the same room as a friend, and she has a 20% gem sale and I did not! Why would TL exclude users from the gem sale?
