I need to restart my shop from scratch. I'm Lvl 7 & I'm just blnow getting the hang of it. If I could restart I wouldn't have sold my mirrors! Pl

I'm sorry you can't restart, you could collect the daily bonus to save coins. Or transfer the game to another device, and than start a new game on your current one.

So like how would I loving with a new character on the device? Because ive uninstalled and reinstalled it on the kindle but it goes back to the same character

Are you talking about the ones behind the register? Or the one you have in the closet? You can customize her in the closet.

No, I obviously meant like you were talking about--a new profile. Stupid typo put loving. I meant loading. If I start a new profile on another declvice, then how do I log THAT ONE into the first device? And please don't tell me I'm screwed again

Once you transfer to another device, you'll be able to start a new game on your current device.

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can help you with transfer.

Kindle does not have UDID. You can email support@teamlava.com and have them transfer all your Team lava games to your phone.
Then you can download new games to the kindle and set up a new storm ID.

You can also try to transfer from your kindle to your other device by Storm 8.

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to your phone, but do not set up a new storm ID.
