Stuck in gem purchase

Hi everybody
I purchased gems on Sunday 4th of March when they were 20% off. Worked once, but since the second try I'm stuck in this purchase.
When I try to buy gems I get the message that I already bought and need to load.
When I confirm loading the game sometimes shows operating and returns to RS screen, but most of the time it gets stuck in loading (for hours sometimes). And the gems never show up.
What can I do?

Oh, yes, should have posted this...

I restarted the game for about twenty times. This does not work.
I restarted my device five times This does not work.
I deleted the game an installed it again. This does not work.

What version of the restaurant game are you playing?

iPhone 3
don't know about the version number, should be the latest version, I reinstalled yesterday

Try deleting your history/data/cookies and resyncing with iTunes. Don't know if that will work, but it's worth a shot if you haven't already tried that as well.

Okay sounds like there may be an issue with itunes and your device.
Try these these things:

1. On your phone go to settings- then store- hit apple ID, sign out of your apple ID, then sign back in.

2. On you phone go to settings- Safari- Clear data cookies and history.

3. Try a hard reboot- hold down on/off button and home button at the same time until you see the apple sign(ignore the red slider bar)
