Coins earned lost

Twice this week that it happened! I opened my app and it showed how much I earned while I was away so then I started collecting the items to add to he boutique but then the page paused and refreshed and the total coins have changed to the older amount which means the newly earned coins and the items sold have now disappeared.

Please let me know if this is going to be fixed because I'm really becoming unhappy with it all.

Me too! Lost over 20,000 coins when my phone needed to "resync with the server". I'm saving for enough coins to expand so I'm not happy.

Oh believe me, you're definitely not alone. I've lost an average of over 20,000 coins each time. I'm not a happy camper at all. I haven't even gone to my store today because I don't want to know how much I'm going to be robbed for.

This is only a cosmetic bug and you're not actually losing any coins. At this time, the game is giving you twice the Welcome Back bonus coins, when you should only be getting it once. The game realizes that it gave you twice as much and corrects itself by removing the second bonus coins.

On your end, it looks like you're only getting the bonus once. On our end, it shows that you're actually receiving the bonus two times. So the coins removed from your game is actually the bonus system correcting itself. We are currently looking into this cosmetic issue.

It's weird that I stuck with 88,xxx coins since 7 hours ago even though I've earned bonus for 4,000x2. Number of coins went up and then roll back like that all the time so I think I actually lost my coins and that's alot!!!

... i quite sure i lost coins, one night i left less then 1000 after purchasing something, next day log in it say i earned 60 000 + coins, but the coins never add up... i waited another 5 hrs to earn enough coins before i made another order...

... i think the system is not "powerful" enough to detect all datas transfered across the platform, so now when i log in after pressing the OK button and the coins didn't increase, i don't do anything, i exit and then i log in again... the coins was then return to me and until now this method work for me... cheers:)

I AM LOSING the coins! I lost all the items that were in my shop so where are my earnings then??? Just now, I lost another 102,000+ coins and my shop is almost empty. I logged off and logged back in hoping for it to refresh but the missing coins never came back and all the items are completely gone. I'm done with this game so I've just uninstalled the app in both my phones. I pay for the gems and it's all just a waste. I'm very angry right now.

chic75 I don't blame you for being angry. The only thing worse than having your coins stolen is the slap in the face that Team Lava gives you when they say it's "cosmetic". Really, Team Lava, you need to stop saying that. Telling us it's cosmetic is the same as calling us liars.

A lot of players have posted on this forum saying our coins are being stolen. Do you really think all those people would go through the trouble of posting on this forum if we weren't having a real issue with our game not working?

They want to steal our coins so we don't have enough coins to expand, then people will buy gems to expand. They tried to stop us from earning coins when they reduced the quantities of items we could bake/ deliver. But that didn't work because the players got upset. So now they are just out right stealing our coins. And they are calling us liars and requiring us to send them screen shots to prove they our coins are gone. Team Lava, you are going to start losing players because of this.

They are not calling anyone liars. They have reproduced the issues on their end and they are not seeing coin losses, that is why they are looking for the screenshots showing the losses in players games so they can see the losses and try to reproduce what is happening as per the screen shots.

I have the screen shots. I took one last night, I had 1,726,615 coins. I didn't log into my game until this morning. When I logged in I took screen shots of the daily bonus, which was 1,979. I took a screen shot of the " while you where away you earned" screen, the amount is 78,925. But I was not given the correct coin amount. I took a screen shot to show my coin total this morning, it's 1,743,239.

My coin total should be 1,807,519. So I was not given 64,280 coins that are due to me. This happens to me a LOT. It's happening to other players too.

I am willing to sent these screen shots to you. I don't know how to do it. I could use some help.

AnnasCoffee, thanks for the screenshot, it's exactly what I need, but unfortunately, I can't use them because you're playing on an old version. Please update your game, check for Valentine version on the App Store, and provide us with more screenshots if this issue happens again. Thanks!

My opinion is... Fashion Story (the regular version) is available to download from the app store. If you still are allowing people to download the regular version, then you are responsible to keep this version functioning properly. If you can't make your game work you should fix it or remove it from the app store.

This is not a cosmetic issue. It is stealing the coins we have earned. I write my totals down when I leave. I just lost over $100k in bakery and fashion alone today and this happens numerous times a day and every day. When you first log in it will show coins added but no tips/likes then after a few seconds tips/likes appear and u can watch the total coins dropping to where it was when you exited the game last. I have sent Email to TL but they are experiencing high email volume. Wonder if it's for them stealing our money??? To the moderators please get on Team Lava and get this problem fixed. I will find the delete button and take my money elsewhere.

I also seem to be losing money. I have just reached level 33 this morning and have not been able to get over 500,000 coins for a month! I am trying to save up so I can so an expansion to compete a goal. I have "expensive" 1 day items for sale, the ones that are supposed to earn you the most money, yet I have had under 450,000 for a month! Even if I don't purchase expensive items or any items at all. Every time I check the "while you were away you earned", then I play for a minute and the number magically decreases back to what I ended with the day before.
Can someone please tell me how to earn more money or how to keep the money I have without it dissapearing?
It's getting to the point where I barely want to play cause I can't do anything with my coins.

It happened to me two days in a row.
First it's my new spring flair order. Then my clothes and then some coins. It's not my fashion story but my bakery story too. It was worse. I lost most of my coins. I was so mad bec I know the team will never fix or refund my coins. It's not fair
