What does it mean??

What do all the icons above the customers coming in mean? Like all of them have thought bubbles with clocks in them... ?

When you click on the heads, it will give you a pop up to download and try a new game.

Are they green with the clock? Are they coming in, sitting down, and then leaving or are they just not coming in and have that thought bubble above their head? If they have it and aren't coming in, it usually means your register is blocked by something. If you see a paw or a panda and etc....It's usually an ad for another story game.

Sometimes they have the clock over their head after they sit down while they wait for food. I've never figured out why it sometimes is slow on food delivery. If they leave with a broken heart that means there isn't any food for them to eat. If that happens it decreases your heart (happiness) rating which means a decrease in the number of customers that come in. A pink heart means they are happy. Then there is one special customer with an icon that is an advertisement as queetina said above. :)
