I don't know why my phone keep "click, clicks, clicksss", felt like someone hack it to my MP, so I remove the battery, let the battery cool down a bit, then I put it back on. Now I open my RS & CS, "Oh ....... my ...... GOD !!!!!! Where is all my food on the counter???? there are all wipe out, disappear ?????

Please help!!

Who allow them to sale?? They are no rights to do so !!! What good for this ..... nothing was change the food, for not reason????

My both games (RS/CS) was wipe out as well, very upset + fed-up!!!

It happens to people all the time. Most of the time the door is blocked or if a sever issue happens.

Tks! how about the notification, for some reason, I delete it, but how can I put it back.
When ppl send me gift or my food are ready, I tick it on the box, but it is not do the job?
Can you tell ME the reason, please!!

I am not sure that you mean when you say something happened to your phone? Can you explain?
Try deleting the games and redownload them from the app store . Make sure you your device is fully updated with the most current version.

Hi, are you using apple or android device?
if you use Apple device (IPhone, IPad , etc), you can download Timer+ application from apple store. It is very useful. You can use it as notification too. I don't know about android device whether that apps is available for Android device.
Sorry GM, am I against the rule talking other application here.
