Weird out of sync problem

Starting yesterday, I get this one blue hand that always shows up. It doesn't matter if there is anything on the counter. Every time I hit the blue hand, I always get an out of sync warning. What causes this and what can I do to fix the problem. It is very annoying. The blue hand appears over the same counter every time. I have tried replacing the counter and resetting the phone several times. My phone is the 4s. Someone please tell me how to fix this!!! Please.

I have the same problem in my store, i just learned to ignore that table and not tap it. And then things got really weird when I put a piano in that spot and now I have the crazy giant thumb on my piano that won't go away! It's not visible to anyone but me. I'll post a pic.

Someone else is having issues with a tip that will not go away on their game. I will add this one to the bug report.

I checked your account and there's no thumb over the piano anymore. Looks like you were able to collect it.

No one can see the thumb but me. If I take the piano away and put a table there, I get the bouncing thumb. But if I try to "tap" the bouncing thumb I get the same out of sync message as the OP.

I don't know how to send a picture. :( The picture would not do any good. The hand is a small hand, so it would not be noticeable. All I know when I tap that hand, it always comes back right away and my shop goes out of sync and sometimes I am forced to restart the phone. If there is a way they can look at my account and fix it would be great!

I rearranged the room again hoping to get the sync problem solved. Well it is now worse. Would you please tell me what I need to do to fix this or can they fix this?

Try reinstalling the app and let us know if the thumbs are still on your screen.

I don't know why, but everything seems okay since last night. Just a weird thing I guess. I am glad it is fixed. No more monster hands invading my shop. :)

I'm on iPhone 4 but i must say I switched the game off, went back on later and it had gone... either a glitch or someone REALLY liked one of my items ;)
