Im stuck on goals tuna ticket surprise and bringing it back both of the goals are asking me to cook makki and i dont no where to cook tuna makki ?

You need to buy the sushi bar. It's a constructible appliance in your appliance tab. See the thread on Easy Appliances (it's stickied at the top of this forum) for more details.

Coz I had to wait another four levels to unlock a new appliance

You could have just stored one of your current appliances and used the slot to place a sushi bar. Rather than waiting to level up. Don't store it whilst it's got food cooking though as you lose the food!

Do you mean on the Goal you clicked "skip for xyz gems"? If so, you didn't purchase anything, all you did was skip having to make the Tuna Makki part of that goal.
