Expanding the restaurant..

I was going for the option where you can expand your restaurant if you have 7 neighbors. But when I actually had 7 neighbors and came back to the expand option in the menu, I found the whole button or the option (7 neighbors) disappeared. Same thing happened for the '10' neighbors expand option.

I believe this is by design (bad design, IMHO). The number of neighbors is a prerequisite - once you have enough of them, it will show you the real cost in coins of getting the expansion.
