Incomplete goals - what happens?

What happens to goals that are not achieved? There were plenty of Christmas ones that I did not unlock before the Easter ones arrived, which are still unavailable. Is there any way to get them still? Or are they lost to me?

Yeah same question here i did not complete the Christmas goals so is there a way i can possibly get them back?

Once the goals are removed, they are gone and we don't get a second shot at them. The recipes may linger and be locked with the "goal" stated, but to my knowledge they won't offer us that goal again.

I think he meant the Valentine's goals, not Easter goals. :)
