Lost gems....PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I am so upset.. I finally bought gems for Pet Storyand I received them. I bought 50, spent 26, had 24 and like two minutes later I am trying to figure out what I want to do and I look and there are only 15 left!!! Please tell me who to email who will look into this. I don't have any money to buy anymore and I shouldn't have spent the measly 8 dollars in the first place.....since I am just too broke these days.
