How do I get gems back

I needed to finish building something. 2 gems for one material and 2 gems for the second. I pushed the finish for 2 gems button and 10 gems are gone I would like my gems back please help me. Thank you!!!

You would need to email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, in game name, which game, date it occurred, and what happened. They will be able to look into your game for you.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you will never recover your gems. Gems going missing is a deliberate action by team lava so that you r forced to buy more. When you contact support they will lie and say you purchased something with the gems and tell you there is nothing they can do. This has happened to me and many other players. The advice I will give you is to NEVER purchase gems as that makes it worse when u loose them
