Chocolate Dipped Pineapple

How do I start the process of unlocking the chocolate dipped pineapple. I tap on it and nothing happens so I have no idea how to access the screens shown under Baking Valentine Goals. When I do access the screens how do I get heartfelt valentines or scoops of sugar?

when you are suppose to get items from nbrs, click on the button and your neighbor list will come up, you can check off nbrs you would like to request these items from.
You may want read through the above thread. There are some good posts on the best way to request the items.
