Using gifts...where did they go?

I have neighbors send gifts, and I HAVE accepted them, but when I go to "My Gifts" there are no gifts listed! How do I use them if they aren't there??

I am on level 10 and can't seem to figure out where my gifts went.

Samsung Stratosphere with Android 2.3.5.

Have you tried restarting your device and see if they appear?

Unfortunately, I have. More than once.

Food items should appear in my gifts, but constructible material parts do not show up under my gifts for android players.
When you build an item and click manage on the the appliance you will be able to see how many parts are still needed.

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can tell you how many of each part you have.
