Ugh. Bought one of those boxes by accident!

I accidentally bought one of those boxes by accident. I had just expanded my bakery, and I meant to click on the wall tab so I could decorate, but my fat finger hit the box. Is there anyway to get the gems back and return the item from the box? I'm pretty sure not, but thought I'd ask anyways. I can't believe there wasn't a confirmation on it!:mad:
