I'm unable to play

My original issue was that the game stopped notifying me once my food was ready or if I had received any gifts..so I uninstalled the game & reinstalled the game. Since doing that I'm no longer able to play..it states the internet isn't available..even though it is & I dont have issues with other internet-required games.

Try restarting your device and redownloading the game after u restart, have u tried a task ****er then reopening the game? If not, do so

I just tried this, and it seems to be working for me. I deleted the game, did a hard restart on my iPad, reinstalled the game. I didn't go out of sync, after doing things for about 5 minutes.

This happend to me!!!!!! i did everything they told me to and it didnt work. so i waited after 5 days it worked.
