View Full Version : Lost coins + No NEWS icon in Valentine's day version

Today's PM after I entered the game again, my coins became minus.
So I closed and started the game again , then my coins became zero.
Now I have to restart collecting coins from zero.
Could you please tell me why my coins became zero?

And when I received request or present from neighbour,
the news icon just blink over menu icon and immediately disappear.
Sometimes I couldn't notice that fast blinking then misses neighbour's request.
So, I have to often open menu then open news again and again to check.

Try deleting both the regular and valentine games, then restart your device and then go back and redownload only the valentine version of the game.
Also what is the current version of your device? And what device do you play on? iphone, Ipad, Itouch?

I'd never downloaded regular version.
I played valentine version only.
I'm using Iphone4s with iOS 5.0.1

If I delete and download again, will my coins , pets , etc.. be lost?

No, it's perfectly safe to delete and reinstall the game. You will not lose pets or progress.

I deleted and dowloaded to install again.
The blinking of news icon still be the same...
Are there the other ways to resolve?

Today my coins became minus and after reopened the game , It became zero again. T-T
Could you please get coins back for me?

Looks like you are all updated and playing the correct version, I am not sure why you money is resetting at 0. You will probably need to email support@teamlava.com
so they can look into your game.

They do not refund coin losses, but they may be able to find out why you money is resetting to 0 when you open you game.

I have not seen any other thread with this issue, but I have sent this over to the communty managers.
support should also still respond to your request shortly. (you had gotten an automatic email)

I don't see any issues with your account at this time. Are you leaving the game minimized in the background when you are not playing?
