Gifts not displaying on My Gifts

I receive gifts from my neighbors, but the parts are not appearing in the My Gifts area when I accept them. The food appears and allows me to use, but the parts do not appear. It looks like they register as I received them (looked at ice cream maker progress and have parts for it), but it doesn't display them in the My Gifts area.

I have tried reinstalling the app and also restarting my phone. Do I need to try a battery pull too?

On android you will not actually see your material parts displayed anywhere.
If you want to know the total of each part you have , you can email support@teamlava.com and they can tell you how many of each part you have .

Well they thought it through for City Story as they can be seen there, so not sure why in all these updates to the game they can't add that in for BS/RS/etc stories. Just sayin' :p

Should be pretty simple to add too. Maybe in the next update it will be there.

We do not have any new information on when this feature will be available for all users at this time. If you want to know how many parts you have, you can send us an email and request the item count for the parts you currently have.
