Times to master appliances

I've been struggling with how many of each of the smaller appliances to build so that I don't have to wait forever for mastery, so I did the math. I decided to post them in case anyone else finds them useful. I'm a relatively new player, and I play on an Android, so if there are any appliances or recipes I've missed, please feel free to add them! I didn't do the mixer or the oven - the menus were huge! But if someone else wants to, feel free :)

Dehydrator: 3 days, 11 hours
83 cooking sessions x 1 hour = 83 hours (candied lotus root)

Truffle Maker: 13 days, 20 hours
83 cooking sessions x 4 hours = 332 hours (white truffles)

Cocoa maker:20 days, 18 hours
83 cooking sessions x 6 hours = 498 hours (white hot cocoa)

Chocolate Dipper: 62 days, 6 hours
83 cooking sessions x 18 hours = 1494 hours (chocolate strawberries)

Sugar Coater: 76 days, 2 hours
83 cooking sessions x 22 hours = 1826 hours (almond sugar cookies)

Deep Fryer: 238 days, 15 hours
83 cooking sessions x 3 hours = 249 hours (sprinkle donut)
83 cooking sessions x 6 hours = 498 hours (jelly donut)
83 cooking sessions x 6 hours = 498 hours (creme donut)
83 cooking sessions x 8 hours = 664 hours (donut holes)
83 cooking sessions x 12 hours = 996 hours (chocolate donut

Ice Cream Maker: 262 days, 20 hours
83 cooking sessions x 2 hours = 166 hours (spumoni)
83 cooking sessions x 2 hours = 166 hours (chocolate scoop)
83 cooking sessions x 8 hours = 664 hours (banana split sundae)
83 cooking sessions x 4 hours = 332 hours (green tea scoop)
83 cooking sessions x 16 hours =1328 hours (strawberry scoop)
83 cooking sessions x 44 hours = 3652 hours (vanilla scoop)
Total: 6308 hours

I mastered white truffles. No black truffles :( what's up?

Black truffles had to be unlocked during the Valentines period and if you did not complete the tasks, you are now too late. There is always hope that the will introduce another set of tasks for ir.

Also newstarr, if you are Android you were automatically disqualified from being able to have/master black truffles, so goals are not relevant to everyone.

Thats alot of hours............

I dont even want to think about it.

Im just trying to get to level two on everything and hope by then I have more and more appliances to even THINK about making the other 90 batches of anything.

This is why its useful to have multiples of each appliance. :) If you had 10 chocolate dippers you could master it in a week. This is why some high level players buy so many each time a new appliance comes out. You can always store other appliances and build multiple of one type and work it until you master it.

If you are a lower level player and/or don't have a large stockpile of food you should build new appliances just one or two at at time though instead of storing everything and trying to build multiple new ones all at once.

I get so close to mastery on everything and then they brought out the two new ovens. I do wish I would have gotten more choco. Dipper's and even had a chance at the fairy oven!

Yup. And maybe in a year tl will be able to have black truffles on the truffle makers. Regardless, Android will still be far behind.

thanks for your inputs lebooboo!! i will past on the calcuation for now. there are so many recipes... and i don't usually cook the same recipe all the time...
