New phone

Hello, I just got a new iPhone and was unable to get any of my information, including apps I had from my old iphone. so I re-downloaded my restaurant/bakery/fashion story onto my new phone. But now I have to start from scratch when I was originally at level 96. Isn't there any way I can sign in somehow so I don't have to start over. I feel like I should be able to, seeing how I have a storm ID and password. Does any body have any suggestions?

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play.
Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
If you are on a Iphone, Ipad, Touch, or Ipad and you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information.


You can also try and transfer yourself. If you are going from Idevice to Idevice and you know the UDID numbers for both:

If you do not have UDID number for your old device or if you are transfering from or to an android device you can transfer by Storm 8
