Recipe mastery

I just started playing BS, but I've been playing RS for months. When I was trying to start making a recipe, I noticed that there is no mastery bar at the bottom of each recipe. Is this a glitch? Has anyone else experienced this? Please help!

I think you have to be a certain level for mastery, maybe 8 or 10? Something like that.

You were right! I just hit level 8 and the mastery appeared. Thank you!
