What is your type of guy, from personalities to look!?
What does a boy do that gives you butterflies?
Does age matter to you?
Any other questions, post away! :D

I used to like men who wear glasses. Then contact lenses became popular, lasix happened, and according to TV, men wear glasses when they have something to hide.

Now I like men that can cook well.

Ha! So true! A few years ago when my husband was in Berlin for 6 weeks for work, I actually had to go to the store and buy one of those rubber jar openers because I couldn't get a jar open.

You can usually pop the vacume seal on a jar with a spoon then twist it open. But things with plastic lids need muscle. And the spiders.

Mr. kooky will not let me pull the trailer with our golf cart when we when drive to the coast!!! I wanted to try it, so he took me to an open parking lot to practice pulling a trailer behind my jeep, and he put cones out an everything!!! I did good turning, but I did fail the backing up test... so needless to say, I do not pull the trailer!!!
So men are good for pulling trailers and launching boats and jet skis into the water!!!

I forgot this one. I was never allowed to drive the truck with the trailer on it. Just because I needed a ball hung in the garage so I would stop running over the kids bikes and stuff he figured (probably correctly) I shouldn't.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen the mother's at my 11 year olds school do the same thing and it drives me crazy! That one actually had me laughing the hardest, as I see it almost daily.

OMG that would drive me crazy. I almost ALWAYS back into parking spaces, especially at the train station - where parking spaces are extremely close together and there is very very little room to maneuver. That lady had tons of room!!

And I can't tell you how many times I actually surprise some poor man who thinks I'm going to hit their car, and I never ever do. I can tell by the way they wait and watch me before heading to the station platform. Even had one get out of his car, saw me getting ready to back into the spot next to his, and he was all "Lady, are you sure you can fit there? There's more room up around the corner." I just glared at him and backed right in. Had four inches to spare on either side.

I drive a Chevy full-cab, long-bed pickup, by the way... so it's not like I have some tiny little car. Cause if I did, it'd probably get much better gas mileage and I wouldn't bother with the train... ;)

02-26-12, 09:01 PM
Well I have to admit I am a really good driver, but I do stink at backing!!!

I now have a jeep that has the back up screen... I was so excited one day when I got home from the grocery store I decided to back into the driveway(hubbys truck as not there)
So I start backing using my brand new back up screen...... it took me 4 time to get the car straight!!! I am hopeless. I was not going to tell my hubby I wanted him to see when he got home. I would of gotten away with it but my neighbor told on me ( of course neighbor was male).

My carport (which I truly hate) is only one car wide. I can pull into it forward or backwards - I've never hit a thing, even though I park less then an inch from the posts. About a year ago a friend was visiting. I asked him to run to the store for me, since I was in the middle of cooking. He smashed my mirror into the post! He tried to blame it on the way I park - which I told him I've backed out of there countless times and I'VE never hit it - it must be bad male drivers lol.

Mine is attached to the house - steel roof with wood posts. Some people have them in front of a garage, but not me. Second biggest complaint about the house we bought - no garage.

Some people don't even use them as a car port, they use them for their patio furniture, sand box/play area for little kids, etc.........If the sun rises/sets in the right position and you have the house on one side and bushes on the other, you can have a nice little area to sit or have the kids play and keep out of the sun during the 10-2 hours when it's at its worst.

Oh, how about men that aren't FORGETFULL!!!! This is the 3rd week in a row my husband has forgotten to get home for 4p so I could leave for class. Now tonight isn't an issue as I didn't have class for 2 reasons, 1: The teacher was going on vacation this week with her kids (school vacation for youngsters) and cancelled class for this week. 2: My school cancelled all night classes because we're getting about a foot of snow.

BUT, this is the 3rd time he's forgotten to get home to watch the kids! I usually leave at 4p if he's home or not and then call him on the drive to tell him to get home to watch them. Leaving them alone for an hour or two isn't that big of a deal at their age, but not when it's coming up on dinner time!

Today was a baaaaaad day for him. He neglected to wake me up when he left for work as I didn't hear the alarm this AM and I normally do, so the kids "decided" to let me sleep and do whatever they wanted around the house for hours on end.

Then I had to rush through all my games to get everything harvested/off appliances/out of catalog before they expired on me and I only missed out on the babyback ribs, however, in my haste I neglected to go back to Fashion and fill the catalog (which I just NOTICED), so I lost all these hours that something could've been getting completed.

Then he FORGOT about my class for the 3rd time!

If he even dares complain about the money I spent on gems this week, I'll........................:mad::mad:

Honestly, I want to find a guy who doesn't care if I just woke up and look like I had a run-in with the neighbors dog. A guy who wants me for me and nothing else. A guy who can wait on me until I'm ready. That would give me butterflies everytime. Age matters to a certain extent. I mean I really young. I'm still in highschool. I think that the highest I would go now would probably be 25 as long as he wasn't just going to take advantage of me. If a guy is trustworthy and faithful, well that my friend would give me butterflies. No doubt. Especially when he would kiss me or even hold me in his arms, because I would know that I was the ONLY girl that he held or kissed. Its pretty hard to find a guy like that in highschol.

Having a partner really complicates things. It sounds wonderful but it can really complicate things. If I knew then what I know now. I was a teen mom and wife. My children paid a price for it because I was not fully prepared to parent them the way I wish that I could have. It sounded like a good idea but I've spent most of my life caring for others and didn't get to experience so many things. Just now learning to make myself happy. I want better for you young folks. Treat your self with tender loving care. You don't need a partner yet. I am probably out of line but don't care :)

Way worse than a puppy! Some day when you have a husband and children and laundry and dinner and cleaning and and everything else but time and you would cut off your right arm for an hour alone you will think back on right now and long for this time in your life....as they say the grass is always greener...

What is your type of guy, from personalities to look!?
What does a boy do that gives you butterflies?
Does age matter to you?
Any other questions, post away! :D

I dont have any type of guy? i dont care how a man looks his personality is more important to me^^ and i have a boyfriend :)
Age doenst matter when the difference in thinking is not too big.
Personality: Nice, smart, helpful, humor, should be a gloomster, and too have some interests hobbys in common is always a good thing.
