No lava cakes, dark truffles, or love muffins!!!

Im at level 70 and my neighbors at lower levels have these items and more and I cant get them. I wonder why? Is it because I have an android?

yeah those recipes are awarded by the goals no offered to android . but its not that easy to get access to them you have to complete longggggggggg goals
